Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SL Hub (the "Platform"), operated by VibeX Marketing Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About the Platform

SL Hub is a business directory connecting Sri Lankan businesses in New Zealand with the local community. The Platform allows users to browse business listings, submit reviews, and list their own businesses.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Business Listings

  • All business listings are subject to review and approval by our team.
  • You must be authorised to list a business on the Platform.
  • Listings must contain accurate, up-to-date information.
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or is misleading.

4. Reviews

  • Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.
  • Reviews are moderated before publication.
  • We may remove reviews that are defamatory, abusive, or violate these terms.
  • Business owners may not post reviews on their own listings.

5. Advertising

Paid advertising tiers (Gold, Silver, Bronze) provide enhanced visibility for business listings. Advertising is subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement at our discretion. Advertising fees are non-refundable once the ad period has commenced.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Platform.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and its original content are owned by VibeX Marketing Solutions. Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit (text, images) but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on information published on the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your business listings will be removed from the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
