This Privacy Policy describes how VibeX Marketing Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information through SL Hub (the "Platform").

Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Business listing information
When you list a business, we collect the business name, description, address, contact details, opening hours, photos, and your biographical information. This information is displayed publicly on the Platform.
Reviews
When you submit a review, we collect the review text, star rating, and associate it with your account.
Usage data
We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, and device information. This data is used to improve the Platform and is not linked to individual accounts.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain the Platform.
- To display business listings and reviews to other users.
- To communicate with you about your account, listings, or enquiries.
- To send transactional notifications (listing approvals, new reviews, etc.).
- To process advertising purchases.
- To improve the Platform based on usage patterns.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
- Public listings: Business information you submit is displayed publicly on the Platform. This includes business name, address, contact details, photos, and owner profile information.
- Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (security). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and row-level security. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
5. Your Rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Cookies
